EU-LI-PHE is excited to announce a new funding opportunity specifically targeted at young researchers and innovators. We are offering a short-term scientific mission (STSM) at Agroscope in Posieux, Switzerland, in the laboratory of Dr. Claudia Kasper, Vice Leader of our Working Group 2, focusing on genotype-phenotype integration. Opportunity details are given below.

Location: Agroscope, Posieux, Switzerland

Supervisors: Dr. Claudia Kasper and Dr. Hassan Nasser

Research Topic: Establishment of guidelines and recommendations for video/image annotation for behavioral analysis in pigs

Selected applicants will have the opportunity to conduct funded research under the expert supervision of Dr. Kasper, a geneticist experienced in behavioral analysis, and Dr. Hassan Nasser, a computer scientist specializing in computer vision.
