EU-LI-PHE is a Europe-centered multidisciplinary, interconnected and inclusive community of experts in Livestock Phenomics. Accurate phenotyping is essential for both animal breeding and daily livestock management, but it remains a limiting factor in livestock genetics and genomics. Phenomics, a growing discipline, aims to systematically describe and analyze high-dimensional phenotypic data to support long-term improvements in livestock production.
