We are delighted to announce that EU-LI-PHE was represented at the launch of the latest Cross-Cutting Activity (CCA) on career development for young researchers. This landmark event took place on December 3rd 2024, at the COST Association headquarters in Brussels.

The CCA brings together an inspiring network of researchers, career advisory experts, and stakeholder organizations to enhance career development conditions and foster balanced brain circulation across Europe. This initiative emphasizes improved advisory services, the establishment of a vibrant young researcher community within COST Actions, and the promotion of gender equality and inclusiveness.

We proudly highlight the participation of Dr. Adna Ašić from EU-LI-PHE, who will serve as the Co-Chair of Working Group 4 (WG4) on Gender Equality and Promoting Inclusiveness. Adna’s role underscores EU-LI-PHE’s commitment to advancing research and professional development opportunities for young scientists.

We look forward to the impactful contributions of this two-year project and EU-LI-PHE’s continued active participation in advancing career development for the next generation of researchers.
