The EU-LI-PHE has introduced updated assessment criteria and revised templates for several of its grant schemes in 2025, in line with COST regulations and the project’s evolving priorities.

These updates aim to ensure greater alignment with the Action’s objectives and enhance the transparency and quality of grant evaluations. All prospective applicants are kindly requested to consult the latest Call for Grants and associated templates provided below before submitting their applications.

The changes apply to the following grant types:

  • ITC Conference Grants
  • YRI Conference Grants
  • Dissemination Conference Grants
  • Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs).

The new criteria and forms reflect lessons learned during the initial stages of the Action and are designed to support impactful, collaborative, and inclusive research activities across the EU-LI-PHE network.

For any additional questions or clarifications, applicants are encouraged to contact Dr. Ivona Djurkin Kusec, Grant Awarding Coordinator, at idjurkinkusec@icloud.com and Dr. Despoina Karatosidi, Vice Grant Awarding Coordinator, at despinakaratosidi@rias.gr.

The EU-LI-PHE Core Group thanks all applicants for their continued engagement and looks forward to supporting meaningful collaborations through the 2025 grant calls.
